We aim to pack and post your order within 2 business days. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
🚚 What are your shipping costs?
- Standard Shipping: $12 flat rate (FREE for orders over $99!)
· Express Shipping: $15 flat rate ($3 for orders over $99)
Australia Post sets shipping rates starting at around $10 — plus there’s the cost of packaging materials. We’ve tried to keep things as low and fair as possible.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

All orders are carefully wrapped in protective packaging or a postage box to keep your new pretties safe in transit.

🌈 What are your earrings made of?
All earring posts and hooks are nickel-free stainless steel, which is generally great for sensitive ears. If you have specific allergies, feel free to message us before ordering!
🧒 Are your earrings suitable for children?
Yes — lots of our pieces are loved by little ones! That said, we always recommend supervision for small children as the pieces can be a choking hazard.
🧼 How do I care for my jewellery?
Our earrings are made to be worn and loved, but a little care goes a long way:
- Avoid getting them wet — including swimming, showering, or bathing
- Remove studs by gently pressing from the back rather than pulling at the front
- Clean gently with a chemical-free polishing cloth
- Store in a cool, dry place away from humidity
🛍️ Do you accept returns or refunds?
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
But if something arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 14 days and we’ll sort it out with a refund or replacement.
