At Sunbaked Lizard, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, please reach out — we’re happy to help.
Here’s how it works:
🔹 Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, for health and hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
🔹 Sizing & Colours
We do our best to show accurate photos and provide clear descriptions, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Please double-check the sizing and product details before purchasing.
🔹 Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 14 days and we’ll happily replace it or refund you.
🔹 Wear & Tear
We can’t refund or replace items that have been damaged due to misuse, rough treatment, or general wear and tear.
🔹 Timeframe
If something’s not right, please let us know within 14 days of purchase so we can help. After that, we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement — thanks for understanding.
