We aim to pack and post your order within 2 business days. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

🚚 What are your shipping costs?

Standard Shipping: $12 flat rate (FREE for orders over $99!)

· Express Shipping: $15 flat rate ($3 for orders over $99)

Australia Post sets shipping rates starting at around $10 — plus there’s the cost of packaging materials. We’ve tried to keep things as low and fair as possible.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

All earring posts and hooks are nickel-free stainless steel, which is generally great for sensitive ears. If you have specific allergies, feel free to message us before ordering!

🧒 Are your earrings suitable for children?

Yes — lots of our pieces are loved by little ones! That said, we always recommend supervision for small children as the pieces can be a choking hazard.

🧼 How do I care for my jewellery?

Our earrings are made to be worn and loved, but a little care goes a long way:

Avoid getting them wet — including swimming, showering, or bathing
Remove studs by gently pressing from the back rather than pulling at the front
Clean gently with a chemical-free polishing cloth
Store in a cool, dry place away from humidity

🛍️ Do you accept returns or refunds?

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

But if something arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 14 days and we’ll sort it out with a refund or replacement.

A very successful Xmas gift

I bought these for my daughter (who is an Aboriginal Education Officer in NSW). When she came up to Redcliffe recently for a leadership course and again during NAIDOC week back in her home town, she wore these ones and told me they were her favourite - and she gets compliments all the time. Here she is with my granddaughter doing the honours at the Lithgow City Council NAIDOC ceremony, wearing them again. Well played!!! I may need to get some for myself I think!
